Transportation of goods and delivery

The Seller will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the order. If the delivery address is not specified, it is considered to be the address of the Buyer's residence. The buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.

If, for reasons on the part of the Buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than was specified in the order, the Buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of the goods, or costs associated with another delivery method.

When taking over the goods from the carrier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, to notify the carrier immediately. In the event of a violation of the packaging indicating an unauthorized intrusion into the shipment, the Buyer does not have to accept the shipment from the carrier. This does not affect the rights of the Buyer from liability for product defects and other rights of the Buyer arising from generally binding legal regulations. By signing the delivery note, the Buyer confirms that the packaging of the shipment containing the goods was intact.

Immediately after receiving the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the contents of the shipment and immediately report any discrepancies to the Seller by phone or to the e-mail address jirka@toohightodie.cz.

If it is not agreed how the thing should be packed, the Seller will pack the thing according to business practices for a similar type of goods; if they are not, then in a manner necessary for the preservation of the thing and its protection. In the same way, the Seller prepares the item for transport.

The Seller will deliver the goods via the contracted carrier and following the Buyer's choice regarding the method of transport made in the order, unless otherwise agreed between the contracting parties. In the event that the mode of transport is contracted on the basis of a special request of the Buyer, the Buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this mode of transport.

The Seller allows delivery via the Post Office or personal collection at a place agreed between the Seller and the Buyer in Prague 2 and Prague 4.

Picking up in person and paying with the payment system Comgate, Google Pay or Apple Pay is free, regardless of the payment method.

If the Buyer does not collect the ordered goods without prior cancellation of the order (accepted by the seller), he bears the costs incurred with the delivery of these goods (mainly transport, storage costs, etc.).

The Seller may further use the goods that the Buyer did not collect even after contacting the Seller again, at his discretion, in particular he may donate or sell them to third parties. This provision does not affect the right of the Seller to recover from the original Buyer the costs related to the uncollected order according to the previous paragraph.

Sending goods to countries outside the Czech Republic will be handled individually, and in such cases the Seller reserves the right to demand payment of the goods and postage in advance.

Additional rights and obligations of the parties during the transportation of goods may be regulated by the Seller's special delivery conditions, if issued by the Seller.
